All requested returns must be made within (5) business days of receipt of shipment.

Requests for return must be made in writing to Perrone Aerospace to:
cdwyer@perroneaero.com explaining reason for return.

Once your information has been reviewed and authorized, we will contact you with a Return Authorization Number.

No shipments are to be retuned without a Return Authorization Number.

Authorized returns are limited to replacement of product or credit for additional goods.

Damages are to be reported within 24 hours of receipt of goods.
